Hours: 32–40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (with flexibility for occasional evening shifts)

Position Overview
We are seeking an empathetic, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a TMS Treater. No prior TMS experience is required—we provide full training and certification upon hire. However, experience in a patient-service or healthcare setting is essential.
Primary Responsibilities
Treatment Delivery & Patient Care

Administer TMS treatments according to physician protocols

Ensure patient comfort, safety, and treatment accuracy

Complete online and in-person TMS training within the first two weeks

Provide reflective listening and emotional support to patients

Monitor for symptoms or emergencies and respond appropriately

Conduct pre-treatment assessments and post-treatment check-ins
Administrative & Technical Support

Prepare and calibrate TMS equipment before each session

Troubleshoot equipment and technical issues proactively

Maintain accurate treatment documentation in the EMR

Follow HIPAA guidelines and complete annual HIPAA training

Support general office operations as needed

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
Required
-
2+ years of experience in a patient-facing clinical or healthcare role

CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 20 days of hire)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems

Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence

Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend throughout the day
Preferred

Based in or near North Raleigh

Experience supporting individuals with depression, anxiety, or mental health needs

Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

Comfort working with medical/mechanical equipment
